Thus Darkcomet user need update their server with new version for work it properly.
The problem is , new server might be problem while updating process or after update process. Users complain they lost their victim after update new server ,etc..
How to overcome?
Lets see the current situation .. :
Previus Darkcomet info
- version = 5.2
- port = 1604
- dns = mydns.no-ip.biz
1) Create new no-ip (avoid confusion) (example: mydns22.no-ip.dns
2) Create new server with current version (exmaple 5.3)
3) Build server with new dns ( mydns22.no-ip.dns ) and port (1777)
4) Open Darkcomet previous version (5.2)
5) Open Darkcomet current version (5.3) with listen port 1777 only
5) Update the server from Darkcomet 5.2 (see video if you dont know how to do)
6) If new server establish connection, it will appear at new Darkcomet 5.3
7) Uninstall server at Darkcomet 5.2 , after got new connection at Darkcomet 5.3

Update Server for Future Version
-New version Darkcomet 5.4 come out
Update server at 5.3 with new server setting -> mydns.no-ip.biz , port = 1604
-New version Darkcomet 5.5 come out
Update server at 5.4 with new server setting -> mydns22.no-ip.biz , port = 1777
-New version Darkcomet 5.6 come out
Update server at 5.5 with new server setting -> mydns.no-ip.biz , port = 1604
-New version Darkcomet 5.7 come out
Update server at 5.6 with new server setting -> mydns22.no-ip.biz , port = 1777..... just rotate the dns and port for new version come out, No need create new one... Simple
