Kebolehan crypter untuk bypass AV bergantung kepada engine crypter itu (stub), Stub yang updated akan mengekalkan FUD of file encrypt.

1) FUD scantime
- Dapat bypass AV apabila AV scan file itu
2) FUD runtime
- Dapat Bypass AV file itu ketika run (execute).
